Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

At Yale IT Skill Hub, we strive to deliver high-quality IT training. Because resources, instructor schedules, and batch slots are allocated immediately upon enrollment, our refund rules operate on strict timeframes.

A. Refund Timeframes

Up to 7 Days Before Batch Commencement: If a student requests a cancellation at least 7 days before the official start date of their scheduled batch, a 100% refund of the course fee paid (minus a minimal processing/registration fee of ₹1,000) will be granted.

Within 7 Days of Batch Commencement: For cancellations requested within the 7 days leading up to the batch start date, a 50% refund of the total course fee paid will be issued.

After the Batch Starts (First 2 Classes): If a student attends up to the first two training sessions and wishes to drop out due to dissatisfaction, a 25% refund of the remaining fee will be considered.

After the 2nd Class / Mid-Course: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the third class of a batch has taken place or if more than 48 hours have passed since the course start time.

B. Non-Refundable Items

Registration or admission fees, down payments used to reserve a seat, and costs incurred for physical/digital study kits or third-party software certifications are completely non-refundable.

C. Batch Deferrals (Alternative to Refund)

If a student cannot attend their assigned batch due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, they may request a one-time Batch Deferral up to 3 days after the batch starts. This allows the student to join the next available batch within 6 months at no extra cost, forfeiting the right to a refund.

D. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If Yale IT Skill Hub cancels a scheduled batch or training program due to unavoidable circumstances, a 100% full refund will be processed back to all registered students within 7-10 business days.

E. How to Request a Refund

All refund applications must be sent in writing via email to admin@yaleinfotech.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Student Name] - [Course Name]". Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method or bank transfer.
